Can I buy the Riviera 15X30 salt water without the filter/pump? Or can I upgrade to a stronger pump?

Hello Ann, The base price is actually for the pool and liner, so you can certainly purchase it without the pump. Note: we only ship the larger 1.5 horsepower pump in our add-on equipment packages, so that may be what you are looking for.
