Is this a good pool for a salt water system? Can I buy this without the pump/filter or can I upgrade the pump/filter?

Hello Ann, This pool is not recommended for a salt water system, The base price is actually for the pool and liner, so you can certainly purchase it without the pump. Note: we only ship the larger 1.5 horsepower pump in our add-on equipment packages, so that may be what you are looking for.
